It is heat and weather resistant which makes it a great product for flat roofing.

The material is derived from natural gas and oil.

It can be fitted in one sheet, depending on the size of the roof in question.

 

A traditional felt flat roof is cheaper than the other flat roof products.

It is fairly durable and kept maintained will last for many years, although not as long as the other roofing products.

The life span is generally 5-6 years, depending on the weather conditions and wear and tear.
